WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGES

ON THE DAY COORDINATION
PHP 15,000

Inclusions:
·        On the Day Special Event Coordination
·        A team of four (4) coordinators in uniform
·        One month assisting the couple for the Big Event
·        On-site planning meeting to fully review all the details of your wedding and finalize the layout for your ceremony and reception
·        Review key vendor contracts and manage your vendors the day-of the wedding
·        Will develop your ceremony and reception timeline and master contact list. Will distribute to your vendors, wedding party, and family member
·        Manage placement of all your special items and décor per your directions
o   Includes: Programs, guestbook, gift table, escort cards, table décor, place cards, favors, toasting flutes, cake knives, etc.

*Note: For Metro Manila events only. Maximum of 100 pax

*Rates will depend on final number of guests

PARTIAL PLANNING AND COORDINATION
PHP 30,000

Inclusions:

·        Special Event Planning Service starts three (3) months before
·        On the Day Special Event Coordination and Direction
·        Five (5) Professional Coordinators in uniform on the day
·        Avail unlimited consultation
·        Budget Management
·        Provide a wedding checklist for the bride and groom
·        Sourcing and booking of suppliers
·        Negotiate vendors’ contract
·        Assist in reviewing the contracts of suppliers booked or to be booked by the client if any.
·        Review invitation wording and misallette before printing
·        Plan and coordinate wedding rehearsals (if any)
·        Handle payments to suppliers
·        Planning overall ceremony and reception layout
·        Advice and consultation via phone, SMS or e-mail
·        Finalization, execution and overall coordination of all plans
·        Will develop your ceremony and reception timeline and master contact list. Will distribute to your vendors, wedding party, and family member
·        Manage placement of all your special items and décor per your directions

Inclusions:

·        Avail unlimited consultation
·        Conceptualize and plan the wedding theme
·        Budget management
·        Save the Date Announcement and Wedding Blog Set-up (per request)
·        Provide a wedding checklist for the bride and groom
·        Sourcing and booking of suppliers/vendors needed for the event
·        Negotiate all vendors’ contracts
·        Assist in reviewing the contracts of suppliers booked or to be booked by the client if any.
·        Review invitation wording and misallette before printing
·        Plan and coordinate wedding rehearsals (if any)
·        Handle payments to suppliers
·        Planning overall ceremony and reception layout
·        Assist in conceptualizing the reception program, including scriptwriting and     hosting
·        Assist in choosing the music for the ceremony and reception
·        RSVP if guest (Confirmation of guest attendance) For Manila guests only
·        Advice and consultation via phone, SMS or e-mail
·        Finalization, execution and overall coordination of all plans
·        On the Day Special Event Coordination
